Windhover Foundation

Windhover Foundation is an independent non-profit organization based in Wilmington, Delaware. Established in 1983, the foundation, established by Harry and Betty Quadracci and guided by the Quadracci family, provides support to organizations addressing unmet social needs. Its grantmaking includes assistance to a range of community-focused initiatives such as women's centers, hospices, libraries, arts programs, recreational spaces, and food assistance organizations. The assets are managed by the executive management team.
