Who is Premier Alternatives?
Premier Alternatives is an independent advisory firm, affiliated with Rainmaker Securities, a FINRA registered broker-dealer, established in 2010. Our expertise includes facilitating trades in mid/late stage private (non-listed) equity securities, as well as assisting venture funds and private equity funds with their capital raising efforts.
As the top team out of nearly 60 registered representatives globally, our clients include well-known venture capital firms, hedge funds, endowments, pension funds, and Sovereign Wealth funds.
Leveraging our years of experience, and deep network of relationships, we provide unique investment opportunities (both buy and sell) as well as access to some of the most successful managers, and funds, employing unique and varied disciplines.
