Windhover Foundation

Windhover Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation based in Wilmington, Delaware. Established in 1983 by Harry and Betty Quadracci, the foundation continues to be guided by the Quadracci family who is committed to building strong communities. The foundation seeks to give flight to organizations dedicated to meeting a pressing, unfilled social need - from women's centers to hospices, libraries, art centers, playgrounds, parks, food pantries, and more. The foundation's investments are governed by the executive management team.
