Xerox Corporation Savings Plan

Xerox Corporation Savings Plan is a multi-employer-defined contribution corporate pension fund based in Norwalk, Connecticut. Established in 1945, the plan covers substantially all full and part-time U.S. employees of Xerox and participating subsidiaries except those covered by a collective bargaining agreement unless that agreement calls for participation in the plan. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the executive management team.
