W.L.S. Spencer Foundation is an independent non-profit family foundation based in San Francisco, California. Established in 1994, the mission of the foundation is to fund activities, anywhere in the world, which foster new ideas, disrupt the status quo and encourage creativity in the fields of education, the arts, healthcare and the environment. The foundation is managed by Pacific Foundation Services. The books are in care of Cornick, Garber & Sandler. The assets of the foundation are managed by the executive management team.
