Westlake Health Foundation

Westlake Health Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation based in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. Established in 1980, the foundation supports and encourages the development of healthcare services by making grants to non-profit community organizations. The foundation grants funds for health in the areas of research, education, prevention, promotion, access, and direct health care, regardless of race, creed, and financial need. The assets of the foundation are managed by the executive management team.
