Welfare Foundation

Welfare Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation based in Wilmington, Delaware. Established in 1930 by the late Pierre S. du Pont, the foundation promotes the social welfare of people and communities across the state of Delaware and in southern Chester County, Pennsylvania. The assets are managed by the executive management team.
