US Airways Employee Savings Plan

US Airways Employee Savings Plan was a single-employer defined contribution corporate pension based in Phoenix, Arizona. Established in 1993, the firm provided retirement, death, disability, survivor and pension benefits to all non-contract employees, employees represented by the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers (IAM), employees represented by the Airline Customer Service Employee Association - IBT and CWA (the Association), employees represented by the Transport Workers Union (TWU) and certain employees represented by the AFA. Fidelity Management Trust acted as the trustee of the plan and held the plan's investment assets and executed investment transactions. The company's investment committee managed and governed the assets of the plan. This plan is no longer in operation and is not actively tracked by PitchBook.
