Unione di Banche Italiane (UBI Banca) was a banking institution based in Bergamo, Italy. Established in 2007, the bank provides various banking and financial products and services to retail and small-to-medium-sized corporate customers. the company offers corporate banking, asset management, funding, factoring, leasing, and online banking services. The assets of the bank were managed by the supervisory board. The bank has merged with Intesa Sanpaolo and hence does not exist independently.
