UNICare Retirement Plan

UNICare Retirement Plan is a single-employer-defined benefit corporate pension plan based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. Established in 1945, the plan covers all salaried full-time and part-time employees of Unilever United States and certain other subsidiaries and affiliates of the company, a British-Dutch multinational consumer goods company. The assets of the pension plan are managed by the executive management team. The Northern Trust Company is the trustee of the plan.
