Türkiye Teknoloji Geliştirme Vakfı (TTGV) is an economic development agency based in Ankara, Turkey. Established in 1991, the foundation supports technological innovation in Turkey to help industrial companies compete globally. It was set up through a loan agreement between Turkey and the World Bank, and its founders include public bodies, private firms, and other organizations. The assets are managed by the board of directors.
