Tobacco Settlement Investment Board

Tobacco Settlement Investment Board was closed on January 1st, 2015. The Board was responsible for all investments of the fund received by the Commonwealth under the Master Settlement Agreement (MSA) of 1998. The funds were invested for the health care needs of the residents of the Commonwealth and to support efforts to develop life science solutions in Pennsylvania to meet future healthcare needs.
