Timber Operators Council Retirement Plan and Trust

Timber Operators Council Retirement Plan and Trust was a multi-employer defined benefit union pension fund based in Tigard, Oregon. Established in 1961 as a result of the collective bargaining agreement between the union and various employers association to provide pension and death benefits to the eligible participants. The plan was administered by Vigilant Services(VSI), a subsidiary of Vigilant. The board of trustees was responsible for oversight of the plan, determining the appropriateness of the plan's investment offerings, and monitors investment performance. As of August 1, 2021, the plan was terminated.
