The Stock Exchange of Thailand

The Stock Exchange of Thailand is a government agency based in Bangkok, Thailand. Established in 1975, the agency serves as a center for the trading of listed securities and provides the essential systems needed to facilitate securities trading and to undertake any other business approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It operates under the legal framework laid down in the Securities and Exchange Act and encourages the general public to become shareholders in a variety of local industries. The assets are managed by the executive management team.
