The Northwest Development Agency

The Northwest Development Agency was an economic development agency based in Warrington, United Kingdom. Founded in 1999, the firm was responsible for some of the regeneration programmes in the region, such as Media City, the new Salford home of the BBC, and the development of Daresbury Science Park. As the Government has changed the role of improving business in the region with the newly-formed local enterprise partnerships, the firm has become no longer actively tracked.
