The Musical Arts Association Retirement Plan is a noncontributory single-employer defined benefit corporate pension plan based in Cleveland, Ohio. Established in 1956, the plan provides retirement, death, and disability benefits to the employees of The Cleveland Orchestra and Musical Arts Association. The plan is administered and managed by the executive management team.
