The Morningstar Philanthropic Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation based in Bethesda, Maryland. Established in 1982, the foundation primarily focuses on arts, education, environment, Jewish agencies and synagogues, and Jewish federated giving programs. The assets of the foundation are managed by the board of directors.
