The Lazar Foundation

The Lazar Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation based in Sisters, Oregon. Established in 1956, the foundation is dedicated to funding innovative and strategic projects that protect the environment in the Pacific Northwest. It focuses on the preservation of biological diversity and ecosystems; broadening the environmental movement, and message development. The assets are managed by the board.
