The Donley Foundation

The Donley Foundation was an independent non-profit private foundation based in Fairfield, Connecticut. Established in 1987 by Edward and Inez Donley, the foundation supported programs and organizations that gave under-served people the educational skills and resources they needed to achieve their potential. The assets of the foundation were managed by the board members.
