Temple-Inland Retirement Plan

Temple-Inland Retirement Plan was a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension plan based in Memphis, Tennessee. Established in 2003, the plan provided retirement, death and disability benefits to the employees of Temple-Inland, manufacturer and seller of corrugated packaging and building products in the United States and Mexico. As of December 31, 2014, the plan was merged into the Retirement Plan of International Paper Company, a defined benefit pension plan sponsored by International Paper Company.
