Temasek Holdings is a sovereign wealth fund based in Singapore. Established in 1974, the firm is owned by the Singapore Ministry of Finance and primarily invests in growth capital, restructuring, and divestiture transactions. It additionally invests in buyouts, growth capital funds, debt funds, mezzanine funds, and technology venture capital funds. The assets are governed by the board of directors.
