Sutter Health Retirement Plan

Sutter Health Retirement Plan is a single-employer non-contributory defined benefit corporate pension based in Sacramento, California. Established in 1959, the plan covers substantially all employees of the Sponsor and certain affiliated entities substantially. The sponsor is responsible for the administration and management of the Plan. The Sutter Health Pension and Investment Committee (PIC) was responsible for the overall review of the Plan's investments, actuarial assumptions, and investment policy. The assets are managed by the executive management team.
