Statler Foundation

Statler Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation based in Buffalo, New York. Established in 1934, the foundation provides education and research for the benefit of the hotel industry in the U.S. The income is used for awards to colleges and schools teaching hotel techniques and for grants to schools and others for research projects, and for programs to train and increase the proficiency of hotel workers. The foundation also supports culinary arts and hotel management programs. The assets of the foundation are managed by the board of trustees.
