South Yorkshire Pensions Authority is a public pension fund based in Barnsley, United Kingdom. Established in 1988, the pension is the administering authority for the South Yorkshire Pension Fund under the terms of the Local Government Pension Scheme regulations. The membership includes most local authority employees and pensioners employed in the districts of Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, and Sheffield, and certain other organizations.
