South Dakota School and Public Lands Fund

South Dakota School and Public Lands Fund is a government agency based in Pierre, South Dakota. The agency is a permanent trust fund established under the South Dakota Constitution to support public education in the state. Its purpose is to distribute income annually to K-12 public schools on a per-student basis and to institutions of higher education, while maintaining the inflation-adjusted value of the fund in accordance with constitutionally mandated CPI adjustments. The assets are managed by the executive management team.
