South Dakota Health Care Trust Fund is a government agency based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Established in 2001, under the constitution through a joint resolution submitted to South Dakota citizens. The objectives of the fund are to provide a distribution of 4% of market value for healthcare-related programs and promote inflation-adjusted growth of the fund and a steadily growing distribution amount. The assets are managed by the executive management team.
