SID banka d.d. is a banking institution based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Established in 1992, the bank is a promotional development and export bank 100% owned by the Republic of Slovenia. Their banking and insurance services promote sustainable development and improve the competitiveness of the Slovenian economy. The mission of the bank is to develop, provide, and promote long-term financial services designed to supplement financial markets for the higher competitiveness of the economy, creating new jobs and sustainable development in Slovenia. The assets are managed by the supervisory board.
