Shinkin Central Bank (SCB) is a banking institution based in Tokyo, Japan. Established in 1950, the bank raises funds through deposits, mainly from Shinkin banks and the issuance of debentures. SCB invests these funds in securities, lends them out as loans, and uses the resulting profits to support the activities of Shinkin banks. The assets are managed by the board of directors.
