Shanghai Yangpu Government Guidance Fund was a money management firm based in Shanghai, China. The fund was formed after signing an agreement between the Yangpu District Government of Shanghai and SVB Financial Group. It intended to make a number of new fund commitments, primarily focused on venture funds. Shanghai Yangpu Government Guidance Fund preferred to invest in China-focused funds that aid the development of the Yangpu region. It was managed by the Government of Shangai.
