SG Incubate is a corporation based in Fukuoka City, Japan. Established in 2019, as the first corporate venture capital (CVC) in Kyushu for the purpose of investing in and supporting start-up companies, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Saibu Gas Holdings. The assets of the firm are managed by the executive management team.
