Seaver Institute

The Seaver Institute was an independent non-profit foundation based in Los Angeles, California. Established in 1955, the foundation provided seed money to highly regarded organizations for particular projects that offered the potential for significant advancement in their fields. Additionally, it supported projects on a variety of topics, including arts, private education, youth, health concerns, public affairs, literacy, and science. The assets of the foundation were managed by the board of directors.
