Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (SWIP) was a money management firm based in Edinburgh, Scotland. The firm used to invest across all asset classes, including equities, property, bonds and cash. The firm also offered specialist expertise in multi-manager and multi-asset solutions. As of March 2014 Scottish Widows Investment Partnership has been acquired by Aberdeen Asset Management, and is no longer into operation. SWIP is not tracked by PitchBook.
