S. H. Cowell Foundation

S. H. Cowell Foundation is an independent non-profit private foundation located in San Francisco, California. Established in 1956, Cowell's primary function is to provide maximum sustainable support to improve the quality of life of children living in poverty in Northern and Central California by providing grants to strengthen families and communities. Cowell's investments are managed by Crewcial Partners, formerly known as Colonial Consulting. The foundation does not accept outside communication from funds. The asset allocation and investment decisions are governed by the board of directors.
