Rosamary Foundation

Rosamary Foundation is an independent non-profit private foundation based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Established in 1939 by Alfred B. Freeman, the foundation supports grants in the areas that include education, human service organizations, arts-both performing and applied, community development activities, and governmental oversight activities within the Greater New Orleans area. It also supports both capital projects and programmatic requests. The assets of the foundation are managed and administered by the board of trustees.
