Richard King Mellon Foundation

Richard King Mellon Foundation is an independent nonprofit private foundation based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Established in 1947, the foundation provides grants to help conservation, education, families and youth, regional economic development, and system reform. It also supports the conservation of natural areas and wildlife preservation elsewhere in the United States. The assets are governed by the board of trustees.
