Retirement Security Plan

Retirement Security Plan is a multiple-employer-defined benefit corporate pension based in Arlington, Virginia. Established in 1948, the plan provides death, disability, and retirement benefits to eligible employees of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA). The assets of the plan are managed by the executive management team.
