RAG-S Private Equity

RAG-S Private Equity is a direct investment firm based in Essen, Germany. Established in 2014, the firm deals in the acquisition, holding, and management of investments, in particular by entering into holdings in companies with a similar purpose in their own name and for their own account. The RAG-Stiftung's international private equity, infrastructure activities, and non-European real estate investments are pooled in the firm. The firm operates as a subsidiary of RAG-Stiftung. The assets of the firm are managed by the executive board.
