Proventure Ltd.

Proventure was a fund of funds formed in 1998 and was based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. As of February 9, 2007, Amanda Capital (now eQ Group) has acquired the entire share capital of Proventure companies for EUR 10.0 million. Proventure used to operate and advise two private equity fund-of-funds which are First European Fund Investment L.P. and European Fund Investments II L.P. Both funds include foreign and Finnish institutional investors. The firm is no longer actively tracked by PitchBook.
