Prosper Portland

Portland Development Commission (PDC) is an economic development agency based in Portland, Oregon. Established in 1958, the PDC focuses on investing in job creation, innovation, and economic opportunity in Portland. PDC is governed by a board of commissioners who are approved by the City Council. It is a component unit of the City of Portland, Oregon.
