Principal U.S. Property Separate Account is a single-employer noncontributory defined benefit corporate pension plan based in Des Moines, Iowa. The plan covers all regular employees of Principal U.S. Property Separate Account and its subsidiary and affiliated companies, who elect to participate in the plan. The assets of the pension plan are managed by the executive management team.
