Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) is an economic development agency based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Established in 2000, as an independent agency of the Commonwealth to administer Pennsylvania's economic stimulus packages. It holds fiduciary responsibility for the funding of programs and investments in Pennsylvania's economic growth, including the Ben Franklin Technology Development Authority and the New Pennsylvania Venture Capital Investment Program.
