Established in 2002, the company is jointly formed by Peking University Founder Group Company Limited, Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, and Haier Group Qingdao Financial Holdings Ltd. It aims to consolidate the resources of the Insurance Plus Medicine model to migrate to a new system integrating medicine, health, and insurance to create a new health-centric ecosystem.
