Patricia D. and William B. Smullin Foundation

Patricia D. and William B. Smullin Foundation (Smullin Foundation) is an independent non-profit foundation based in Eureka, California. Established in 1990, the mission of the foundation is to help educate the citizens of Northern California and Southern Oregon through gifts to higher education, health education and the Episcopal church. The assets of the foundation are managed and governed by the board of directors.
