Parochial Employees' Retirement System of Louisiana

Parochial Employees' Retirement System of Louisiana (PERSLA) is a defined benefit public pension fund based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Established in 1953, the fund provides retirement benefits to all employees of any parish in the state of Louisiana or any governing body or parish that employs and pays persons serving the parish. The investments of the fund are managed by the executive management team.
