Owens Foundation

Owens Foundation is an independent non-profit private foundation based in Palos Heights, Illinois. Established in 1985, the foundation supports private education, primarily secondary education for use for scholarships for poor and deserving students. The investment funds of the foundation are managed and administrated by the board of directors.
