O'Melveny & Myers Keogh Plan was a single-employer defined contribution profit-sharing corporate pension fund based in Los Angeles, California. Established in 1963, the fund provided retirement and pension benefits to the employees of O'Melveny & Myers. The assets of the fund were managed by the executive management team. The plan has merged into O'Melveny & Myers Retirement Savings Plan.
