TH Real Estate was an affiliate of Nuveen (the investment manager of TIAA). TH Real Estate securities products were distributed in North America and were advised by the UK-regulated subsidiaries or TIAA-CREF Managing a suite of funds and mandates spanning both debt and equity across diverse geographies, sectors, investment styles, and vehicle types, they provided access to every aspect of real estate investing. It was a registered investment advisor and offered investment management services across North America, Europe, and Asia. The assets of the firm were managed by the executive management team.
