Novant Health

Novant Health is an independent non-profit foundation based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Established in 1997, the foundation was started by the merger of Carolina Medicorp of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and Presbyterian Health Services of Charlotte, North Carolina. The foundation has outpatient surgery centers, medical plazas, rehabilitation programs, diagnostic imaging centers, and community health outreach programs to take care of patients and communities in North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, and Georgia. The assets are managed by the board of trustees.
