Nissan Employee Retirement Plan

Nissan Employee Retirement Plan is a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension based in Franklin, Tennessee. Established in 1966, the plan provides pension and retirement benefits to all the employees of Nissan North America (NNA), its subsidiaries, and certain affiliates: Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation, Nissan Technical Center North America, Nissan Design America, and Nissan Extended Services North America. Northern Trust Company serves as the trustee of the plan. The assets of the plan are managed by the executive management team.
