Established in 1946, the plan provides pension benefits to employees of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, American insurance, and financial services company. Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee and custodian of the plan. Hewitt Associates and Fidelity investments are the plan's pension administrators and recordkeepers. The assets are managed by the executive team.
